Meet Erin

Erin Greyling previously named Erin’s Wedding Lab was started out of a deep passion to create beautiful, unique and inspiring wedding dress. Our wedding dresses are LOCALLY made stunning once off styles. It brings Erin immense satisfaction to create a beautiful dress that complements the bride and ensures her style is timeless.

Erin has a 3 year Higher Diploma in Fashion Design and Marketing as well as garment and pattern construction from the Design School of South Africa, a school that is accredited with the London School of Art. She has 6 years behind her in the fashion industry, and has worked with retailers such as Truworth’s, Foschini, Hang Ten, Cube and  Ackermans. She has been making wedding dress since 2013 and has over 10 years experience working in the wedding industry.

She did her experience training in wedding dress design and construction with Simon Raderman, and in 2005 Erin was selected as one of 16 finalists for the Vukani Fashion Awards.

Erin’s main focus is in the quality and attention to detail that she offers to her clients, to ensure that they are truly happy with the final product and that shows each and every bride has a unique and inspired wedding dress. Driven by a passion to make your day the most special day of your life, each dress becomes a journey, not only to Erin but also to the bride as they share the experience.

Our Philosophy

We specialize in Custom Locally designed and made wedding dresses and have a selection of 100 to 150 wedding dress samples in a range of sizes in store for you to try. We also have a range of +/- 50 wedding dress styles that you can mix and match until you design your own prefect wedding dress. We have been in operations since 2013 and growing stronger every year.
